I recently had the pleasure to work with both Carl and Wanda Lovelace of Crye-Leike Realtors, and from the very beginning they were both very kind, resourceful and patient with me, as I am very new to Tennessee. They were always willing to go out of their way to help me in every way possible. They are both an exceptionally talented team who are not only very knowledgeable of the real estate industry but are also extremely knowledgeable of Tennessee's vast neighborhoods. When Carl and I first met, we immediately hit it off and we simply just clicked. He knew immediately the kind of neighborhoods that best suited my specific needs and more. Carl had devoted countless hours working with me, showed me many properties and shared his extensive knowledge of how to choose a good property to build on. Additionally his knowledge of the building industry is quite extensive, so that too played a big role in helping me choose a property best suited for my needs. And, although going out to look at land each day can be quite taxing, he was always each day just as motivated to help me find that perfect property. I have worked with many realtors in the past and Carl and Wanda know how to make you feel as though you are the most important client they have, and I personally feel that they are building clients for life. Wanda and Carl are extremely talented at what they both do and I highly recommend their team at Crye-Leike Realtors to anyone who is in the need to either buy or sell a home, or invest in a property to build on.
